Redbrick is an independent real estate investment asset and development management and advisory firm, founded in 2011 by Nicola De Martino and Alexio Pasquazzo. We implement highly focused real estate investment strategies on underlying assets whose potential is untapped.
Redbrick maximizes value by deploying its team’s unique capabilities in capex-intensive investments and on assets characterized by a high level of complexity.
Our primary focus is on sourcing and developing real estate investment opportunities in the Italian market where our senior management team has over 50 years of experience through our in-house asset and develpment management expertise to create value for our partnerships.
We target opportunities in which we believe we can increase value and produce strong unlevered returns. Our teams have extensive local knowledge and the ability to leverage their broad local, regional and global networks.
We use our market knowledge and networks to source off-market opportunities where we see pricing discounts and market inefficiencies, and the opportunity to enhance value by executing active asset repositioning, leasing, refurbishment and redevelopment strategies, with hands-on management in daily operations.
